Planning your visit

The store is open seven days a week. On Sunday it opens at 12:00, and on Saturday it closes at 17:00. If you prefer a quieter moment, call ahead and ask whether the item and size are in. Besides Amsterdam, KLAIM also has a store in Hoorn.

You can order online and collect in the store on the Kalverstraat. If you would rather have it delivered, shipping is free from €60 across Europe. Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition: see the returns policy.
