What we cannot accept

Worn or damaged items cannot be returned. Limited edition products and special releases are excluded from returns, unless there is a clear proven defect.

How to request a return

Email your order number and reason for return to support@klaimamsterdam.com. After approval, our team will send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the amount within 5 to 7 business days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in the case of a defective product.
